Dave has been my coach for over a year now. The results have been transformational for me and my business. We've worked on all aspects of leadership and the process has redefined what I consider leadership to be. The most fascinating outcome is that the effect of Dave's coaching has been felt by my colleagues as much as by me. It has been a revelation to me working with Dave, getting the peer support from a coach that has run his own company and having that supportive relationship in an independent setting. The work impacted myself and the business on many levels, transforming the nature of the company and my relationship to it. The fruits of the necessary inner work revealed itself in the culture of the team surprisingly quickly. Practically speaking the work saw me instilling new decision-making practices and we started a reflective Morning Club that has helped unify the team and build cohesion as it grows. David was a great mentor for our startup. He was able to help me to focus on our customers and their motivations with techniques and insights which would have been very difficult to do alone.
