Drawing on the psychology of leadership, mastery and well-being, you will be exploring your edge with a community of peers from a similar team situation and facing comparable business challenges, and all aspiring to be their very best. You can expect the following:
The backbone of the in-person gatherings, timed once every other month, will be the time we dedicate to supporting each other through live business challenges. However there will also be time dedicated to developing our leadership potential through the year, with each gathering moving through the following annual cycle of themes.
Fireside and round the table within a beautiful country house, we open deeper layers of communication and consider the power of connection to each other’s potential and how that translates onto our teams. We will build coaching skills and consider the presence and emotional intelligence within this element of our leadership. We will build Leadership Development Goals linked cleverly to Business Development Goals, and design the accountability within the circle.
Taking to the mountains, we tap into the awe, clarity and systemic thinking that is infused within the great outdoors. When positioned high above our country, nature will help us to tap into our deeper purpose and the change we want to create in the world. We will awaken The Visionary within all of us, supporting the inspirational side of our leadership and our loftiest of dreams.
As an Authentic Leader we act in a way that is true to who we really are, balancing our needs deftly with the needs and perspectives of others.
What does it look like to bring your unique strengths to leadership, to lead from the front and use your voice in all its character, to bring your story into the greater story. Refine your message and practice greater presence within a large auditorium and on stage.
Proposed to be within the dynamic and unpredictable environment of a festival, we ask you to adapt and rise to the moment, so you can feel what you’re really capable of. The Transformational Leader is adaptive, models ethical behaviour, fosters conversations for diverse perspectives and creativity, challenges assumptions and norms, pushes personal and societal boundaries, taps others motivation and articulates a unifying vision. You’ll get to practice all of this and the skills and presence developed in previous sessions.
How do we match the inner game with the outer game?
On a highly active day of sport, within the performance environment of group choice (racing high-performance Go-Carts?), we explore our more competitive edge. When we use our drive to push for results, how does that affect our relationships?
We explore the framework we have built in our lives to facilitate performance, including team, health, energy, mindset training, resilience, goal orientation and what truly motivates us day to day.
Incorporating the global knowledge and personal growth of the year, we integrate new knowledge and levels of knowing into our leadership. We form a more solid, complete and inclusive model of who we are and what we bring to our organisation and the world. We harvest new levels of intelligence and apply them to our business challenges. We foster new beginnings within our journey as we enter a new cycle in the year.
You have been assigned to a position of increasing responsibility growing an exceptional business, you are highly ambitious and wish to make a significant impact in your role. You are determined to improve your leadership effectiveness within a community of like-minded individuals outside of your organisation.

I have been working with the leaders and teams of innovative small and medium sized companies across the South West UK since 2020, with the firm conviction that the key to long term sustainability (in principle and practice), is a people centered strategy. I have coached over 100 CEO’s in org sizes ranging from 1-100 people.
I am passionate about the application of psychology to business strategy, not only as a model to drive new and better systems of performance and leadership, but as a framework for business to build a better society.
Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 14 years as CEO of my own company Clear Water Revival, pioneering chemical free water treatment systems for ‘Natural Swimming Pools’. I exited in 2019.
