All of this while making the most of inspiring locations and situations to unlock a new experience of your role.

Drawing on the psychology of leadership, mastery and well-being, you will be collaborating with people that are aspiring to be their very best, and build teams of excellence that serve a world in crisis.

Ignite is cross between a Vistage Group or The Alternative Board, and an experiential leadership programme. It will utilize physical space and activities to explore new ways of understanding your leadership, as well as providing a personal support group and a place to design the fun, fulfillment and results into your work-life.

Leadership Development Goals

The backbone of the in-person gatherings, timed once every other month, will be the time we dedicate to supporting each other through live business and team challenges. However, there will also be time to develop our leadership potential throughout the year, with each gathering attending to your key Personal Development Goals that support the levers of change in your business, enabling you to drive growth while transforming your experience of the process.

About you

You are in your midlife juggling family and work responsibilities, growing an exceptional business, while wanting to make a real difference in the world. You wish to further ignite the passion in you that started the business in the first place.

You have a conviction to make the company known for being an exceptional place to work, and be open to exploring your edge with a group of like minded people in a comparable stage of business growth. You are ambitious about developing yourself and your company, which currently has between 10 and 100 staff.

About me

I am a professional coach accredited to PCC level with the International Coaching Federation, having certified as a Co-active Coach in 2020 and then as an ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) Coach in 2022.

I have been working with the leaders and teams of innovative small and medium sized companies across the South West UK since 2020, with the firm conviction that the key to long term sustainability (in principle and practice), is a people centered strategy. I have coached over 100 CEO’s in org sizes ranging from 1-100 people.

I am passionate about the application of psychology to business strategy, not only as a model to drive new and better systems of performance and leadership, but as a framework for business to build a better society.

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 14 years as CEO of my own company Clear Water Revival, pioneering chemical free water treatment systems for ‘Natural Swimming Pools’. I exited in 2019.
