The Mindful Leadership Mastery Programme

A Six Month Life and Role Reset and experiential leadership training programme. Redesigning and reigniting your role to unlock your potential, you will find enduring freedom and motivation in your role. We will retune your mind and body and combat burnout permanently. You will build presence and connection to your team in profound ways to build a strong culture of ‘healthy’ high-performance and impact.

Step 1. YOUR ROLE BY DESIGN
Regain control of your role, design the freedom and joy back into your working day. Relentlessly sharpen your focus to drive maximum impact in all you do, optimising the value you create and your ability to drive value creating behaviours in your team. Connect to what drives you and create inspiring leadership development goals in a way that will set you up with the tools to support your team effectively.

Step 2. YOUR MENTAL FITNESS PLAN
Create the conditions for high-performance balanced with wellbeing. You will establish a mental fitness plan and healthy habits that will set you up for an energised, focussed and motivated approach to your work.

Step 3. CLARITY
Develop your vision for the team and culture and operate with drive and purpose every day. We will immerse ourselves in nature to cultivate the conditions for visualisation and clarity. This is tapping the wellspring of emotional inspiration that will bring absolute clarity and purpose to your work.

Step 4. MINDFUL PRESENCE
You change the world one relationship at a time, starting with the relationship with yourself. What are you creating in your relationships? How do you feel about your relationships? How do you feel when you stand in front of your team? Here we build emotional mastery and a connection to yourself that will transform your relationships and help you embody the leader you wish to be. Tap into the strengths, passion and an authentic presence that will inspire, influence and drive high performance.

Step 5. TEAM OF HEROES
Starting with a Team Diagnostic, we uncover the strengths and weaknesses of your working relationships and interpersonal dynamics. We develop a shared language around team development and the goals to support this. We evaluate communication styles and an appreciation of our differences. We build a culture around you of respect, mutual support and recognition. Via a co-designed system of feedback, KPIs and professional development, we work together to bring each other into optimal performance and growth, fostering a collective intelligence that makes your team a competitive advantage.
